SETH A. ABRAMS
COUNSEL
Seth is an experienced civil litigator and Counsel with Schuman Hanlon’s Jersey City, New Jersey office. Seth routinely represents business of all sizes in complex commercial matters in New York and New Jersey state and federal courts and in arbitration. Seth has significant experience litigating contract disputes, as well as those involving shareholder and partnerships, insurance coverage, trade secrets, and unfair competition and business practices matters. Seth also has significant experience handling complex estate litigations as well as in consumer, catastrophic injury and sexual assault matters.
Seth is active in various professional and civic associations. Seth serves as the Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Internet and Computer Law Committee. In this role, Seth is routinely sought out for his views on new technological developments and their impact on the law. Seth also serves on the Anti-Defamation League’s New York/New Jersey Next-Gen Board. Seth is a former Barrister in the Brennan-Vanderbilt Inn of Court and served for two terms as a Commissioner on the City of Hoboken’s Historic Preservation Commission.
