Gerald D. Miller is a respected trial attorney with more than 55 years of litigation experience. He is AV® rated and recognized as a Certified Criminal Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey’s Board on Trial Attorney Certification. Mr. Miller has been honored by his peers and selected to the New Jersey Super Lawyers® list as a Super Lawyer 2005-2023 published in New Jersey Monthly Magazine. Mr. Miller focused his trial practice on civil litigation, criminal defense, commercial litigation, probate and other chancery matters. He is also a skillful appellate attorney, having handled numerous appeals throughout his distinguished career. Outside of his law practice, Mr. Miller is an accomplished author. He has authored four editions of the textbook Criminal Law in New Jersey (West Publishers, 1982; Second Edition, 1990; Third Edition, 2001; Fourth Edition, 2006).
Mr. Miller completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania in 1961. In 1964, Mr. Miller received his LL.B. from Harvard University. He was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 1965.
